A 6 week term is £48.00

A session is 1 hour (60 minutes) long.

Bookings are made in fixed 6-week terms which guarantees your place being held for the term. If you book mid-way through the term you just book for the remaining weeks available.

We will endeavour to give you an alternative session within the current term booking. This is subject to availability.

Yes. There is 2 hours free as standard in Riverside Retail Park.

We have development specific sessions:

  • Non Walkers
  • Confident walkers
  • Runners

to ensure that children are of a similar age and/ or development range. Sessions are designed to help you meet other parents, giving you inspiration for play activities to do at home. We cater for all children under 5

Yes, you can. You would need to book the session catered to your older child’s age.

Extremely! We have a strict and thorough cleaning regime to do everything we can make sure you and your child are safe. All equipment is checked and cleaned constantly throughout the day. Please feel welcome to ask us how we do this, we are proud to show you how we keep you safe.

We do not allow any food or drinks (other than water or milk for children/babies) inside the centre; however, Nuffield do have a café on site for before or after your session.

Yes, we do have spaces for buggies. There is ramp access into the building. However, unfortunately the doorway is not wide enough for side-on double buggies.

COVID-19 Policy

Extra precautions at the Centre have been made to ensure it is Covid Secure. We have made necessary precautions regarding health and safety for COVID 19. By booking a Pure Imaginations with Gemma Session you are agreeing to abide by these additional rules.

Social Distancing

  • The layout of the session will be different in the Covid Secure set up. When doing group activities parents and children must sit on clearly marked areas. We ask that parents and children remain within this marked area for social distancing reasons. We appreciate it may be difficult for your child to socially distance. However, to minimise any potential risk, we ask that you encourage your child to stay in the defined area or close to you. Unless otherwise agreed with Pure Imaginations with Gemma, please ensure only one adult attends the class; no additional adults will be able to attend.


  • You will have resources that will be clean and sanitised and not used by anyone else.


  • If an area goes into local lockdown sessions will be paused. A refund will not be offered.

Face Coverings

  • In accordance with the Government guidance no child is required to wear a mask at our sessions. Adults must wear masks throughout the session unless instructed by staff it is safe to remove. Staff Members will remove their masks when leading activities and are socially distanced.

Start/end of class

  • Please do not arrive any earlier than your session time. No waiting room facilities are available, so please do not enter Nuffield Health until your class time. Do not enter the Centre before instructed to do so. Please leave the class promptly to avoid unnecessary social gathering.
  • Please use the handwashing/sanitising facilities provided upon entrance and exit of the venues

Terms and Conditions

  • By booking and paying for your place at one of our Pure Imaginations with Gemma sessions you agree and accept our terms and conditions
  • Pure Imaginations with Gemma is an imaginative play and learning Centre. Specially designed for children under the age of 5. With amazing themes that change weekly with many imagination stations and props.


  • All children must be supervised at all times and not left unattended. Members of staff cannot be held responsible for a child at any time.
  • Parents/ Carers take full responsibility for the child’s safety and their behaviour throughout the session, this is without any proven negligence, breach of duty of care or lack of due diligence from Pure Imaginations with Gemma and its staff.
  • Please refrain from browsing your mobile phone, children learn and play better when you are fully engaged.
  • Should a parent/carer or associated visitor behave in a way that the member of staff feels is unreasonable then Pure Imaginations with Gemma reserves the right to ask them to leave.


  • Places are booked via direct payment online or via BACS within 24 hours of booking your place.
  • Places are not guaranteed until payment is made in full.


  • A course or event may be cancelled if you inform hello@pureimaginationswithgemma.co.uk within 7 days of your booking (with a minimum of 24 hours before the course is due to begin). If the course has started, and you no longer wish to attend, we will not give refunds or credits.
  • You may offer your place to a friend as a gift provided you inform. hello@pureimaginationswithgemma.co.uk. No monetary alternative will be given.
  • Please note there may be an administration charge of up to one-session for any changes made.

Cancellation of Classes

  • Pure Imaginations with Gemma will endeavour to run sessions during bad weather. However, should we need to cancel due to safety concerns, parents will be notified via social media, email or text.
  • An additional class will be offered if we cancel a session or a refund will be issued for the cancelled session.

Holidays and sickness policy

  • Unfortunately, we do not offer discounts or refunds for any absences.


  • Parents/ Carers are asked to keep their children at home if they have a serious infection and to inform the setting as to the nature of the infection so that other parents can be alerted.
  • Please keep your child at home if he/she:
    • Has a fever or has had one in the previous 24 hours
    • Has had an upset stomach or diarrhoea in the previous 48 hours
    • Has heavy nasal discharge
    • Has discharging eyes
  • Has symptoms of a possible communicable diseases such as:
    • Measles
    • Chicken pox
    • German measles
    • Whooping cough
    • Impetigo
    • Scarlett fever
    • Hand, foot and mouth disease
    • Norovirus


  • No later than two weeks before your term runs out a member of staff in session or via email, will ask you whether you wish to renew for another term. The member of staff will inform you of the mechanism to rebook your space and payment terms. Note however that places remain on a first come first served basis.

Loss / damage

  • Any property brought into the centre is your responsibility and Pure Imaginations with Gemma cannot take any responsibility for the safeguarding any of these items.

Data Protection

  • The information on this form contains personal data.
  • Pure Imaginations with Gemma will record, process, and keep your personal information secure in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. Your Information will not be passed onto a third party.

Videos, photographs and confidentiality

  • You are more than welcome to take pictures or videos of your children during the course provided it does not interfere with the session. However please be aware of taking pictures of others without their permission.
  • In addition, if video is impacting the session or is too long you will be asked to stop. It’s great to be inspired and use ideas at home and/ or share on social media they cannot be incorporated into another public activity without Pure Imaginations with Gemma Ltd.’s permission.

Food and Beverages

  • No food can be consumed inside the Centre, this ensures the safety of all children in case of allergic reactions. No hot drinks are allowed in the centre at all, even if it has cooled down. Please finish your drink and dispose of the container prior entry.


  • There is 2 hours free parking available at Riverside Retail Park. Pure Imaginations with Gemma cannot accept liability for any parking charges incurred.
